Ghosts! Of Christmas past

A night of classically creepy songs and stories about haunted objects, haunted houses, haunted violins, haunted mitochondrial cells. Also, “every ghost song is a love song”, as they (specifically David Foster Wallace) say. In songs can be found ghosts of our own lives, ghosts in the machine, the ghosts of aborted futures, the “persistence of the no longer”. Ghost towns, ghost Facebook pages, and that colossal plane of things hidden, lost, or left out of place and time. Christmas brings these into sharper focus.

Once every 1,461 days you get a special bonus day because weird space science. It also happens to be our guitarist Michael’s very special quadrennial birthday. This will be his 8th! He will be treating us to the world premiere of new duo Leather Bound Pounds which is very exciting. Being an extra bonus gift day from the cosmos you probably didn’t have any plans so we’ll assume we’ll see you there.
